Discount Codes

All discount codes are available for online use only. Drinks, Set Meals, Children's Meals and Special Offers are all exempt from all discount codes, unless it is specifically for that item.

Refund Policy

All meals are cooked to order.  If an order is found to be incorrect when delivered, the incorrect items will be be refunded in full.  If an order is not satisfactory, the reasons should be reported to the management immediately.  After review, the management may, at their discretion, offer a refund or a replacement.
 
Cancellation
Confirmed orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the agreed delivery time for a full refund.  After that time no cancellations can be accepted, and payment will not be refunded.
 
Delivery
Orders placed without a specific delivery time to an address within the specified delivery area, as shown on the website, should be delivered within 1 hour of ordering.  If delivery is late, a refund or credit note may be offered at the discretion of the management.
